Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Products must be unopened and in their original sealed condition to be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned. Partial consumption of products voids the return eligibility.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for wrong or damaged items. Contact customer support for assistance.

5. How to Request

Email support@cleanhealthformula.com with your order ID, photos, and a brief description. Our team will review and advise the next steps.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
