When you click “Book Now” and pay through our payment partner Razorpay, you share your name, phone number, email address, and payment details directly with Razorpay to complete the booking. We receive your name, phone number, and email from Razorpay so our team can call you to confirm your consultation. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles all payment data under its own security standards.

b) When you speak with our team
During your consultation call and any follow-up conversations (phone, WhatsApp, or email), you may share health-related information — such as symptoms, medical history, lab reports, or test results — so we can assess your case and recommend a program. This information is collected directly from you, with your knowledge, for the sole purpose of providing our service.

c) When you browse our website
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to understand how visitors use our site and to show relevant ads to people who may benefit from our program. This tool uses cookies and collects technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed. It does not collect your name or contact details unless you separately give them to us (e.g., via Razorpay checkout).

We do not run any sign-up forms, newsletters, or chat widgets on this website at this time.
