1. Our Services

We offer functional nutrition consultations, case analysis, and personalized gut-health programs designed by Vineesha Reddy and her team. These services are educational and wellness-focused — they are designed to support your health based on the information you share with us.

2. The Nature of Our Service

Vineesha is a certified functional nutritionist, not a medical doctor. Her case analysis is real clinical work that digs into what standard reports miss. That's exactly why we ask you to keep your doctor in the loop: they handle diagnosis and emergencies, we handle the functional root-cause work most reports never get to. Used together, you get the full picture.

If you have a medical emergency or a diagnosed medical condition, please consult a licensed physician, and continue to follow their advice unless they direct you otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a consultation or program. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book and be present on your behalf.

4. Booking and Payment

• Consultations and programs are booked by paying the listed fee through our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Once payment is confirmed, our team will call you within 24 hours to schedule your consultation.
• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact details at the time of payment so we can reach you.

5. Refund Policy

Case analysis / consultation fee: This fee is non-refundable. It reserves a limited slot on Vineesha's calendar and covers the time spent reviewing your case before your call. Once paid, this fee cannot be refunded, including in cases of missed calls, late cancellations, or change of mind.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please contact us at support@vineeshareddy.com or +91 85579 99889 as early as possible so we can try to reschedule your slot, subject to availability.

6. Your Responsibilities

When you book a consultation or program with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, symptoms, and medical history
• Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or allergies relevant to your program
• Follow the guidance provided in good faith and seek your doctor's advice for any medical concerns
• Use the information and materials we provide only for your personal use

7. No Guarantee of Results

Health outcomes vary from person to person based on individual biology, adherence, and other factors outside our control. While we apply our clinical expertise to every case, we do not guarantee specific results, symptom resolution, or timelines. Testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for every client.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, videos, and program materials — is owned by or licensed to Vineesha Polamreddy / Functional Nutrition. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our website content or program materials without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website uses third-party services, including Razorpay (payments), Meta (advertising), and YouTube (video). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vineesha Polamreddy / Functional Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including any health outcomes resulting from your independent decisions made in connection with our guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue a consultation or program at our discretion — for example, if we believe your condition requires urgent medical attention beyond the scope of our services, or in cases of abusive or inappropriate conduct toward our team.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
